We all have things that come up in life that can stunt the progress we have made in any area, not just our physical state. Life throws a lot at us financially, emotionally, and physically which can be very draining. One way to help you get to a better state of being is by taking care of your body. When you feel better physically many other factors begin to align such as your emotional state. Once you begin to find more clarity emotionally and physically I believe we are able to handle life's surprises with more confidence.

CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

 

I have always had an interest in fitness and have been involved in a variety of sports at a very young age. Since then I have continued to remain active playing scrimmage soccer, hiking, swimming, running, rollerblading, lifting weights, skiing, and decided to put my passion for fitness to use in becoming a personal trainer. I hope to share my passion with everyone of all ages, and help to nourish and encourage healthy lifestyles. 

 

 I received my personal training certification through the National Council on Strength and Fitness which is an NCCA accredited program. I have experience with strength training, functional training, balance, and cardiovascular health. I truly do believe that everyone has the ability to be their own goal, in other words, everyone can achieve the body they want and become the person they want to be. I hope to guide everyone to their destination, and make a difference in how they see themselves.
